You cant remove that.

However you can improvise. You can do this buy either blocking that section with a black textdraw box(if you just need to block it) OR you can simply place your money textdraw beneath the money section and simply update that whenever you give/receive cash. Dont use the GivePlayerMoney function as it updates the "money section" you are talking about. You can also place your money textdraw on top of the "money section" with a black box underneath it.
