No, I don't like them. If you are thinking of opening another edit, I'd advice you to give that thought another review, because to be honest, I do not see you being able to create one from the ground-up; just take a look at your thread/post, the grammar mistakes within it and the lack of effort (no offence should be taken personally, please).
Also, I wouldn't consider those current cod servers out there as actual got-it-right-concepts.
However, go for it. No-one is stopping you from doing so.

Depends on how they are made.. I remember when Lorenc_ had a 'Black Ops 1' styled gamemode, with the main CoD stuff (Gametypes, Maps, Perks & Killstreaks) but with his own twist. It was really cool and a great script, I have no idea if the project is still alive.. :P
If you create a 'clone' of CoD, it could work out.. but if you're just creating a random DM server with 5 teams spread across the map that has nothing to do with CoD, then No, I don't like it :P

I hate RP and COD. But mostly COD because its COD.

No, it doesn't really look like COD. The only great COD gamemode was from Strawhats (now known as Baboon?) He made SA-MP look like real COD with classes, original gamemodes and small closed maps.
