Something wrong with the MySQL connection - czj2441 - 15.07.2015

This is the first time I try to connect to my MySQL server
My web connected successfully.But it can't.
The define.inc I have already configed it.The user is czj2441.But it used the user root.And says USING PASSWORD:NO.

The MySQL server timeouts when there is no activity. Why not add a password to root and re-connect with the password?
