When i quit from SAMP still got it: http://prntscr.com/7rj6o8
PS. I dont have problem in game, samp work, but when quit i got it... How fix?

Hmm,
There are so many solutions & reasons.
1. Do you have a any mods installed?(including cleo mods)
2. Did you try reinstalling SAMP & GTA?
3. The crashes is happening in all SAMP Servers or Your Server?

A real good question to ask before re-installing is whether or not Single Player works too.

I had reinstalling SAMP & GTA, but i have cleo mod
But that cleo mod previously did not make the problem ...

Cleo is unsupported... That'll probably be the reason. Otherwise it'll be another mod.
When re-installing be sure to delete the old game folder completely, or even install to another folder. You should also delete the settings file at the same time if you want fully clean settings.
Reply if you do with your OS as well.
