when im using every script , when i change the player money it change it buy after a while its back and unchanged.

GivePlayerMoney(playerid,-rCar);

pls help me i have no idea

Probably that is because you've an anti money cheat.

In the gamemode, I think. Try to search: GivePlayerCash or GiveMoney or something similiar.
