I need help in scripting - fare26 - 08.07.2015

If a player is the owner of a house that has a gate, I just want to do it only on a man to open that gate therefore only one who has the key of the house can open that gate, and if the player does not have a key of the house I want to send him a message that he is not the owner of the house pls somebody help me.

i need to make moving gate for house anywhere in LS pls i need information how to make gate for player who is owner of house pls !!!
