What part of it makes it not seem like a FBI Interior? A FBI field office consist of all of these things. A professional office space. Please if you're referring to the roof, please do exclude that reason as this mapping is incomplete.
Here is a better picture of the "FBI" on the wall with the American flag above it.



Here is an image of a real FBI Field Office Lobby, similar to the one I mapped. The hallway to the elevators would be to the left.
