You dont have 3 plugins

But i done it and still the same error Script

Did you have all of that plugins?
And did you try that server in local host?

It happened with me go to your server.cfg

and add the plugins

like

and Save it
it should works and if it no work try to add .dll after streamer sscanf carshdetect.
