You can create it by getting the players vehicle velocity.
These links will be of use, however if you do not know what you're doing at all
Then I suggest working on a less complex system and coming back to this project
when you have further knowledge of how to create it. Having others do all the work for you
Does not help you learn how it's done, it simply helps you learn how to use Copy and Paste functions of the keyboard.

That's a very poor tutorial, do not use it.
All that tutorial will do is teach you bad habits early.

I have not looked at it myself, but it has some nice reviews from pretty known developers.
