Strange connecting problem - HY - 01.07.2015

Hi. Today, I wanted to play some GTA San Andreas Multiplayer, so I played. My brother wanted to do a joke to me, and I don't know what he did, but my GTA doesn't work anymore.
I re-installed GTA San Andreas and SA-MP, but didn't work, same problem.
When I connect, I don't see the chat, only that beach image, and there's stuck.

Can someone help me?
