Good morning everyone, today I bring you a weird problem with my game.
I am using a clean install of Windows 8.1 and SA. This happens in Single Player aswell.
I have reinstalled the game 2 times.
My screen resolution is 1680x1050.
My game resolution is 1024x768x32.
Changing the resolution does not work, all of the other display settings are on low to off.
I have deleted gtasa.set 3 times. Still does not fix it.
How would I fix this?

Hmm i believe the skin files are corrupted or its a skin glitch/bug.
Is this happening with all skins?

Yes it is.
Also, I have no mods currently installed.

Did you messed with your ped.ifp file? This glitch happened to me once when I was trying to make a ragdoll mod for my ped.ifp file located in anims.

That happened to me as well but when i exited and loaded SAMP again it worked fine.

I had to reinstall the graphics card driver, I had the same problem
