why i have this error, i have, i have libmysqlclient_r.so.15 in my server directory.

OFF-TOPIC: i hate when people ignoring our solutions. I hope you give a try what i said above otherwise it seems you dont know how to handle a VPS.!

Is it Shared or Dedicated host (VPS/Dedicated server)?
If it's Shared, ask the support of your game hosting provider to add this lib to the Linux-lib folder.
If it's Dedicated, what is your linux distribution ? (x86 or x64)
