There is no reliable software-based protection against DDoS-attacks. Your best option is to get a DDoS-protected server from a company like OVH or https://blazingfast.io/.

Sithis, this company , blazingfast, is good? Have you ever bought services from them?
Can i make on the same server a sa-mp + a mysql server?

I haven't had any experience with blazingfast but other members have had good experiences with them. I can vouch for OVH as long as you don't need their support, which is kinda slow.
Blazingfast offers VPS'es which means you can run SAMP, mySQL and any other server on them at the same time, such as a voice server (TeamSpeak) and a webserver (for a forum or website).
