All the required files are there, if they are not, download the server package from the main website, put the gamemode in the gamemode folder, open server.cfg and type the name of the file where it says gamemode0. If you only have the .pwn file, open it and then compile the gamemode.

I'd advice you to learn more about this matter before starting a server, if that is your intention.
