If you want a decent house system then use the forums to look for a filterscript
For example, i just searched for the word "house" (without even any advanced searches) and found this filterscript:

I have no idea how good it is... but there is a tonne of decent Filterscripts on the samp forums that will handle all house sh*t for you. get searching!
