what if could use double Saving system?
I use double Saving System is Mysql and Y_ini whether there will be a bug ?

But it'll be better if you use only MySQL.

No, they will not bug out. They are completely two different things, but somehow with the same purpose. However, you are better off going with SQL, but for some matters, you're better off with INI files, so it really depends on the matter.
