ERROR while starting server using putty - Bondage - 15.06.2015

while starting my server i get this error in the prompt

nohup: failed to run command './samp03svr': No such file or directory

I tried setting the permissions but still gets this same error and nohup is blank in the server directory

how can i make this up?
