Ban Help - Saloo - 14.06.2015

Hello , my server have many hackers . If I ban there Ip they just change there Ip and come Back . How to Ban there whole Computer and how to know that the player is the same hacker which I banned just few minutes / hours / days ago .

I dont think u can but u can always ban his name too and u can update ur anticheat too there are anticheats that check their computer for hacks so try to search for one
