0.3.7 doesn't sopport NPC :O - SoFahim - 12.06.2015

I take a NPC FS from this forum. After open the server. There no NPC connect log in that server. When i use 3z server it works.
What to do? How to Use NPC in 0.3.7 script? no problem in server.cfg or in script
