Hello,
I want to know how to block a player from the server forever even ip it replaces ip, how do you do it? Even after the player replaces ip Ban will permanently (forever).

You Can ban his ip but he can evade it by simply using a proxy?, You can get a Proxy detector if its good enough I think He'll Be Banned forever. If the proxy detects every single proxy.

Range ban his/her IP.

If he is using proxy to change his location then you can't only if you have a proxy banlist.

Player Can Still Ban Evade With Rangeban

But If You Want To Ban Player GeoIP It Can Work But It Will Also Ban The Others Player From That Country

Get his gpci and save it and compare it as well when a player connects!
Consider other things for instance, ip range compare as I saw a post that said there are situations where players got the same gpci.
I suggest storing ips as integers for speed and memory etc..

I'm sure there is a way to ban the players hardware id.

And it cannot be changed or masked like the IP afaik.

No, there isn't. In fact, it's about security - it would never share such information to other people.

If you are referring to g**i though is just the path GTA SA is installed which can be easily changed.
