Can someone in the sa-mp team globally ban someone from every server in sa-mp. Some person saying he was a developer said he's ban me from every server in sa-mp if i insult him. He was called Adam. He said he's an admin in LSRP

I didn't make that up, That guy was a moody grump who comes on and threatens everyone. He could listen to the local chat and he wasn't even near us

If the team went around banning everyone on SA-MP then it would get out of control with ban conspiracys etc..

He can't ban you from everywhere, and even devs can't listen to global chat if the mode is coded properly. However if there are bugs in your code it may be possible for anyone to read it, but it's impossible to say without the code.
