Hi.

Well, I have an issue. This morning, I joined a server and it worked perfectly. Then, I had to go somewhere. When I came back, I joined a SA:MP server and I recognized an issue. The white line keeps loading very slowly, and almost at the end it stops. Here's a picture where it stops loading.

I tried reinstalling my gta3.img, I tried deleting my mods, I deleted SA:MP but still the same thing happens. Do you know how to fix this?

Try reinstall GTA San Andreas.

And make sure to remove every particles of GTA:SA, Your computer and your GTA:SA should act as stranger.

From personal experince I'd say just resinstall the whole game itself your most likely using a free torrented version like most people are who play SAMP reinstall the game from the .rar folder if you are and just completly drag the files into a new folder try not to add as many mods.

I had this issue before Remove all of your mods, and re install gta.img,
