use ftp. delete the previous version files ( announce.exe | samp-npc.exe | samp-server.exe etc ) then upload the same files of new updated version again.

replace the announce.exe , samp-server.exe , sa-mp-npc.exe
With the new version's .exe
i think it must be linux files or idk xD but try both!
