Server not starting. - Th3UnKnOwN - 05.06.2015

I know what the issue is already, I have already tried to fix it. It's streamer 2.7.7 by Incognito. I keep getting this error, yet I have the files in the places they need to be. I didn't use an include from an older version. I used the the plugin file, and the include that came in the .ZIP folder.

This is the issue:

If you know a way to fix this that would be great.

[EDIT]: Problem is fixed, my friend has informed me that I needed to re compile my script when changing the includes.

redownload/recompile the script. But that shouldnt throw a runtime error 19. Use nativecehecker, I believe you're missing something else
