There are 2 Options:

1. Server Side Anti Cheat

There is explained how you can prevent such things...

There are already a lot of script which try to prevent this, like JunkBuster...or just ******.
But i think the best would be, to write it by yourself

So you can make it perfect for your script.

2. Client Side Anti Cheat
You can write a software in C/++/# ...which checks, if the player has ******/Cle0 on his pc and then block this client.
But this is very difficult, because the most anti-Cheats you can easy get around

So you can choose...Good Luck

I think the first one...because there are not so much people who likes to download an extra client and the client is mostly not very save
