Hey boys.
Well my question is do you have same ip as from RUN and at whatismyip.org ?? my ip its not the same at whatismyip.org is different then RUN

One is your local / private IP and the other is your public IP.

Maybe your using a VPN instead of the public IP connection

When you use Whatismyip it show you your Public IP, it is come from your ISP, you can use it for Global connection (if you open the port)
but in your computer that is not Public IP, you can use it for LAN Connection.
