IRC problem - RedCode - 02.06.2015

Hi guys , i loaded IRC system but I have a problem , bots starts good in localhost but when I try to load in the FTP bots don't connect I added irc.so and everything but bots don't start connection

I added plugin irc.so
Include irc
and in server.cfg everything is okay
