Hello guys.
Well i am very curious about something in samp.
I was playing in a server and i got banned on it so i changed ip and when i tried to login with same name i am still banned on it, my question is How its called this way of ban i mean how to make an account ban like that .Sorry for my english pls someone if could help me out. xD

If you got banned, but you are somehow still playing on that server is called: 'ban evading'

You either got banned due to your username already being banned on the server or by a proxy detector. Most likely, the first option.

I guess you were banned by your name, not your IP. If you are genuinely asking because you want to script this, and not because you want us to help you evade, then you should post in the "scripting help" section because that is where scripters who want to help people will see it. It's not hard though. Set a user's account to banned, however you keep account stats, and if they try to log in with that username then don't let them.

Ah thanks man thats all i need but one more thing is this mysql or just like normal thing

You can do it whichever way you like. If your server uses MySQL for its account system then do it through there, otherwise do it through whatever system you use.
