Nice, i expected you to host it. You were too enthusiastic with it.
About the gamemode, Not much work done.
Requires bug fix.
But yeah, cool for first gamemode.

pVars, dini, inefficient in some cases and messy.
- Instead of adding 250+ lines of classes, you could perform a loop.
- Instead of pVars, you should use per-player variables.
- Instead of dini, you should use y_ini or even SQL.
- Instead of using OnPlayerUpdate(...) for the anti weapon cheat, you should use a timer or even OnPlayerWeaponShot(...).
- Instead of using OnPlayerUpdate(...) for the speeometer, you should use a timer.
- Instead of using spaces for the indentation, you should use tab - it's noticeable on pastebin and when you delete the tabulation.
- And more...

Plugins required are just sscanf and streamer lol.
you can figure it out of the script yourself.
