I was getting this too, found out two things:

1- chmod on the server folder was needded to set permissions to write etc.
2- missing file on scriptfiles after too many times trying to write an inexisting file the server shuts itself down with no error

That was the problem in my case, i expect you can solve yours too.

Check your plugins.. those might be messed up

Means rcon exit was called, somewhere, somehow. A genuine crash does not display that clean shutdown message.

try checking your sql connection - on most gamemodes if the sql doesnt connect it will shut it down however sounds like a possible rcon backdoor, try checking the script
