How to detect if the server is hosted or not? -
Excips - 28.05.2015
My question is, How to detect if the server is hosted (in hosted tab of SAMP) or is a local host or home host or VPS?
Is there any way?

Well IP search can show you if it's a data center, home connection.
To check for hosted tab,
http://monitor.sacnr.com/
the ones that are white aren't hosted tab.

Are the green highlighted rows hosted and the white rows are local host?

Resolve their IP address and do a WHOIS (whois.domaintools.com) lookup. The hosted tab nowadays is worthless: every kid has his server on it. The hosted tab is really no measure at ALL for quality.

Not all are local host. Simple thing: white are not hosted tab, and green highlighted rows are hosted tab servers.
