PED skills - Infility - 25.05.2015

Hello everyone!

I have one question. I hope everyone know in San Andreas game (single-player) PED skills. I want tu change ped skills (not weapon skills) in SA-MP. Ex.: I want to do that player faster fatigue after runing.

not Possible to do this. It's auto

Impossible, but simulatable with ApplyAnimation if used right.
