What kinda locations are you looking for? What kinda server are you looking for? What kind of things do you require like DDoS protection etc? I also recommend you go check out WHT aka webhostingtalk.com

Isn't NFOServers powered by Internap? Anyway I'd go with NFOservers (got VDS up and running from them). I like their uptime and the support (you can expect reply in next 4-5 minutes)

All other providers I tried are just fails.

I suggest you to use Contabo. It is one of the international-known companies, which also has very low prices.

...VDS? Virtual Dedicated Server? Sorry, there's no such thing...

All VPS hypervisors are sharing psychical server resources, including VMWare. OpenVZ uses a shared kernel unlike KVM / Xen / VMWare.

Yes, there is such thing, however it's not widely used at all anymore.

In the term Virtual Dedicated Server, Dedicated means the fact that the sharing resources part is limited so the hoster can guarantee certain resources to its clients.
