Timeout in car... - JR_Junior - 22.05.2015

I have a little problem...
If a player with a slower internet enter a vehicle on my server he timeout after seconds... Is a bug? Something related with incar_rate? Have a solution?

Note: Only when the internet is slower.
Note 2: Tested in anothers servers and no have problems.
Note 3: My incar_rate is 40(default).
Note 4: Only after enter a vehicle.
Note 5: Sorry for this shit of english!

Do you have codes under OnPlayerEnterVehicle and OnPlayerStateChange (PLAYER_STATE_DRIVER)? If yes, paste them here.
