Did you change your server password? Are you attempting to create a file in a folder that doesn't exist? Are you trying to read a file that doesn't exist?

But when i'm trying to open the SAMP-Server.exe ,it's opening and quickly it's getting dissapear,Any Solution please?

there is a file called "server_log" open it then check it up if you could deal with the problem then go ahead if you can't then post it right here and we'll try to help you
