I think Smartbytes hosting is dead. cPanel's license is expired (Web Hosting). Can't Access Billing Area. 7 days ago & no reply on tickets. :/

It is dead and there's been several threads about the same thing already. So your only option now is to move(get a VPS preferably) or roll in a corner in grief

Not actually dead. If Smartbytes is not responding, then better move to a VPS.

Yes, It is dead (Temporary) No response at all from staff, So for the time being move to VPS or something don't purchase anything,If you do so then you must wait for your service to be ON.

Smartbytes Hosting sounds like it's ran by kids and from the look of the site what the heck looks ugly i wouldn't even trust that crap but you know that's my point of view.
No response? seriously every staff memeber of a company hosting website should have let you know about it going down also they should reply back to you within the support tickets.
