1)The image you give us doesn't work upload it here.
2) I am still confused, i dont know really what do you want us to do with this. You dont explain what you really want us to do.
2.1) Not sure if you mean this but you want us to make you a Spray System that choose with a dialog colors ?

Yes, I do, typing /spray [playerid] [amount] -> selecting of color by a menu like this one http://download.gta-expert.it/upload...%20to%20SA.JPG -> dialogbox for playerid inside car Accept or Decline. I gave you these codes to let you see:
1. how easy command (about mechanic) works and any admin can set colors
2. variable of saving about car attributes CarInfo[autod][cColorOne] and CarInfo[autod][cColorTwo] are the variables for settings about certain vehicle colors
3. Here http://pastebin.com/FtWxfHK4 you have to set CarInfo[autod][cColorOne] = (color you've chosen into textdraw http://pastebin.com/X0wF4niQ)
