Long loading time / Blackscreen - FSAOskar - 14.05.2015

Hey,
I've got a bug since 0.3.7 RC 2. Everytime I try to join a server there is a blackscreen for like 3 minutes.
After that blackscreen SA-MP loads up normally.
Deleting gta_sa.set is only a temporary fix. It works once. So I can start up SA-MP once without a blackscreen and after that I have to delete gta_sa.set again.
The bug was gone with 0.3.7 RC 5 or 6 and was there again with the final release of 0.3.7.
I've never had that bug with 0.3z or before.

I take it you are running the correct GTA-SA version as you played properly before.

I think you will need to play around with your settings such as the frame limiter and resolution.
Try to make the game resolution match to your monitor.

Which windows version are you using?
Try to make both the samp client & gta-sa launch with admin permission and see if that does any good.
