Help mysql [phpmyadmin] - SHFaCeBook - 12.05.2015

Hello, i have problem to add something in phpmyadmin, i maked new updates is with mysql, i need to insert a things in accounts, i can't=( i have 15980 accounts registred in DB., and i test it in Localhost XAMPP, if u maked 10 accounts or 25 u can insert anything, and if u have many accounts u can't add something(, can any help me please , or give me tutorial how do it. and Thanks.

Did you mean, it's failed when you import it?
If yes, you can redefine upload_max_filesize on php.ini
