NPC Weapon dealer, help.. - Zekiloni - 10.05.2015

I need a script:
I want to connect(create) NPC, and he will be static, without moving...
- But he not always be on on that place, exp. 12-15 hours, will be there, 15-16 (leave), 16-19 back and other time intervals, when he will come, and when he go away, and near him when someone press KEY_YES(Y) or other key, will be open dialog, to buy gun and you chose gun, when you chose gun then will be opened box where you type the ammo you want and price dynamic can be changed (/wdealer price [price]...) please help, who want to make this for me
