Hey guys, been a while

So for the past few days I've been thinking of coming back to SA-MP and re-learning PAWN. Now the issue is this.

Even though SA-MP is growing, the only thing growing is kids making free servers for money. Now, that's a good thing except it's getting to the point where there is more servers than players.

I want to start / script a server that hasn't been around SA-MP ... Roleplay is getting boring and the unique-ness tha t people claim are bullshit.

So my question is, what type of servers would you like to see rise again? Freeroam? DM? I'm asking for your opinions, I don't know what I want to do. But I want to bring back something that we all miss in SA-MP besides Roleplay.

If you want my honest opinion.. trucking. There's not enough fun trucking servers. It's all about score and respect, and the scripts are boring.

Within the last 1 year SA:MP has faced a lot of setbacks. Lets face it many new games have attracted SA:MP playerbase. SA:MP activity is going down day by day.

But I still believe SA:MP is having the pull to keep a lot of players but most of them are still Roleplay users or freeroam. I would like to see some DM'ing servers and CNR to rise again.

A Need For Speed server, you could also add cnr/dm/stunt/freeroam/whatever to it.

I think the new feature of 0.3.7 is cars that can pass through other cars if I remember correctly so races would be awesome.

As far as I remember, I saw that feature on a well-known racing server.

Regarding the server's type, I think the survival or medieval roleplay servers have a great potential. If you woud have such a gamemode with an experienced staff near, I'm quite sure you'll have a successful project.

Problem is every one is going to argue with you because of the fact there is still plenty of players but they don't realize the fact that the English side of SA-MP is what is dying the most nowadays.

Anyways me personally I miss DM style servers that don't have RP features but have actual account features and savings and scores and clan wars etc. I remember MG3 back in 2008-2009 which was a really popular SA-MP DM server during the time and it had loads of DM features that you just didn't see in a regular DM server.
