Join Leave Panel - BlueEyes - 09.05.2015

Hi guyz i need help about how to make join leave panel please help me tell me how to make this,i know to make textdraws but that all sytem when player join his name will come in "Jojn" and when players quit his name should come in "Quit'Please tell me.See this picture:
