Hello!

It is laborious that the actors walk. So that the actors can attack the players is also very laborious.
For attacking other players you should use NPCs, they are very better as actors.

Actors can be indeed scripted to attack players, with some smart scripting and few work arounds you will be able to do so.

The actor can attack and shoot but it needs a script in order for them to attack.
