I was just terrified a moment ago... Somehow all the driving game sounds changed to some moaning baby or crying person. Is this a known bug or what?

I remember having this bug once, someone even posted a ******* video about it. Restarting the game should fix it.

Actually, re-watching it, it sounds like the minions from Despicable Me.

As said above, just restart the game, it is a known bug but it's pretty rare.

I always thought this was an easter-egg of some kind.

It's a common bug. Restarting your game should fix it indeed.
Haven't had it in a while now, thought measures were taken.

Never experienced it but now I know it's a common bug, I'll be never driving a vehicle, going to sit as passanger.

I get this bug sometimes but it's of no effect of driving or being as a passenger. I get it sometimes even if i'm on foot.
