Actor can be killed by parachute. Please fix it. And it would be nice to add something like FreezeActor (TogglePlayerControllable).

Why would you need FreezeActor if they can't even move?

Also the parachute bug exists for non-SAMP actors also (e.g. those in casinos). It's not a SA-MP bug. That doesn't mean it's unfixable though. Not sure if it happens to NPCs too.

Because the actors can fall (on the client side of course).

You can also kill an actor by hitting the actor with a fire extinguisher. Please fix this.

You can also destroy non occupied vehicle like that. It's been like that forever.

I was about to say this. Actually the parachute is like the ultimate weapon of SA-MP. You can kill everything with it, plus you can fly!

I don't think flying is possible, but you can just glide for a limited time.

I would like to see this bug removed aswell. It can be abused under some circumstances.

Also, I think that when they were removing unoccupied vehicle damage from SA-MP, they forgot to check for a parachute!
