Help me, /gotoevent , /startevent and /stopevent - tomaytb - 26.04.2015

Hi my name is Toma. Today I need your help, all I'm looking for a few days /startevent /gotoevent and command /stopevent
I found all sorts of commands in German but none was smooth.
If you find a filescript can you give me?

/startevent command to put a I and a I put some textdraw coordinates and when a player/gotoevent — down to the coordinates of where to put the/start event Admin, of course/stopevent to stop teleportarile.
