YSI 3.1: Cannot file file "y_globaltags" - Ahmad45123 - 23.04.2015

I am using YSI 4.0 which seems to contain alot of bugs...
So I want to go back to YSI 3.1 but this comes:

INCLUDE_PATH\old\YSI\internal\..\internal\y_natives.inc(65) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "y_globaltags"

While the file is there... :/

Any help ?

Get the whole package not one file update, and try again.

I already have the whole package in a folder called "old" in the includes folder.

Then use the whole package, don't copy files individually.
Cause version mismatch may cause such errors depending on how the developer made it.

As I said, I already have all the files and not only one file copied...
And as I said also, I checked and the file is there.
