New Skin Bug - zeax - 22.04.2015
Not sure if this has been reported already but I encountered a problem with one of the new skins.
PC Specs
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 610
Ram: 4.00 GB
Game Info
SKIN ID: 302
Install: Fresh install

do you have installed skin mods?

You do have mods. The new skins 300-302 share the same textures as the original police skins. When you mod the original police skins and the material name is changed inside the txd file, skins 300-302 will show with no texture (white).

I suggest to change name of txd file (just copy to samp.img them), bcz too many players play with skin mods
