They probably won't enable it, a lot of hosts consider it a security risk, opening ports that is.

They have to do it if you're not hosting it on your own. If they don't support it, get a cheap linux VPS and host the application on there using something such as LAMPP.

Hostinger is the worst free webhost ever,Their quality of hosting is just terrible.

Edit , I also found www.freewebhostingarea.com/ i have heard from my friends that its a good free webhost.
