If free, then there are many.. (i.e 000webhost, hostinger, x10 etc..). If paid, then I'd recommend OGen, it's the most cheapest in the web-hosting industry, as far as I've seen.

A simple ****** search would be enough, instead of creating a thread, and burning out your 1% neurons, in writing this.

I've ******d on Web hosting reviews and found a lot of lists. Go daddy appears on multiple list, so you could take a look at that.

Hostgator. If you are into free, NEVER EVER EVER go to 000webhost. They suspended my forums with no notice or valid reason. I lost alot of players. I shifted to Hostinger, Its free and very realiable. But now to Hostgator. So yeah, Dont go to 000webhost. Hostinger or Hostgator.
